Gumdrop Capped Rat

A small capped rat, tucked in and resting and by all rights cuter than I'd've thought possible mere days ago.

Sculpy modeling clay and acrylic paint, approximately 4 inches long, 1.5 inches wide, and 1.5 inches high. Almost fieldmouse size, or about as big as a city-slicker's candybar phone.

Edit: The person who commissioned this piece originally referred to this as a "hooded" rat. I'm not sure if this is a local or outdated term, but as helpful rat fanciers have since pointed out that rats with these markings are "capped", not "hooded", I've updated the title and description to reflect this. :3
